What happens in Bangkok right now is terrible and the thought of how the water will eventually ruin many of the lovely places in Bangkok is heartbreaking. Hopefully there will still be some of the places left such as the café I will now introduce you to:
Right next to Som Tam Nua at Siam Square soi 5, there is a gorgeous little café called Yingdeaw Homemade. After a solid meal at Som Tam Nua, I was actually heading back home to the hotel, but then it started to rain so I crept inside Yingdeaw and thought that I could buy myself a cup of tea while waiting for the rain to stop.
Once inside I was completely overwhelmed by all the delicious desserts and cakes, so I ended up ordering a lovely looking strawberry cheesecake.
I am warning you; it is highly addictive!
